CLASS SCHEDULE
Classes are offered from beginners to advanced and last one hour, so no matter your level or your goals come in and kick it with us.
Adult Classes
Adult classes are offered from beginners to advanced and last one hour. Classes begin with a warm up and stretching and move on to training on forms, self defense, and sparring. Some weeks have a focus on kicking drills and sparring while some weeks are more focused on forms and self defense techniques in preparation for belt tests.
Youth Classes
Youth classes last one hour and begin with a short, fun warm up period followed by stretching and calisthenics. The curriculum consists of forms, self defense, and sparring with other students. Beginners are encouraged to come Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays at 4, 5, or 6pm.
Aerobic Kickboxing
Want to try something new that will get your heart pumping? Aerobic kickboxing classes are offered Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 8pm. Scroll down to see the complete schedule!
